[HELP]Registration Page Limited Account

Hello Guys i have some problems maybe some of elitepvpers members also same like me not all but maybe a few...
my registration page got limited acc to register i got around 90+players then when 91person want rtegister its cant register why be like that do i have some error coding in register page? please help me

You need to provide more information. Does it give an error when someone goes to register?

i think your registration page got an limit account from same IP address..example: one of your player got 5 account registered on your server..then your registration page block IP who registered it more than 5 times(cannot register above 5 times)..so my suggestion check your registration page or u can show your registration page here..
