If its not in the database its not part of the game. The client is just pictures, the database tells the game what pictures to use.

#1 It won't be in the game client b/c that would mean you could edit the client to give you EOcards instead of lvl 1 equipment.

#2 What karnyge is suggesting is that you use that thread to make a newbie gift to give the character whatever you want instead of actually changing it.

#3 If you use the information in the thread that karnyge gives you, you could probably find some cq_action that is used during character creation that awards those items. Find that code, change the item, done.
