because high rate servers fail and close within like 2 weeks. Not only that but high compose rate causes problems and just sucks

High compose rates r the same as low... Just the Potency changes... 10k reborns is 10k reborns, no matter if its high or low rates.

that is not what he means he means 1 reborn you get like 500 stars. those are the servers that suck. Not to mention high rates cause problems with pets
