[HELP] Adding Demons
I am having troubles adding the demons I find posted on this website. I know its probably a really newbie question but i haven't found any topics on it so far. When I find demons on here like the
I go to my database and find that all the ID's are used up by other demons. What do I have to change so that i can add the new ones with different ID's?

yeah but how do i do that? just change the number in cq_itemtype and itemtype.dat?

ani, itemtype.dat, PetDescribe, 3dsimplerole, cq_action, cq_itemtype, cq_goods(if u want it in mall)
those are the main ones.

I know this is kind of delayed lol, please forgive me. But i did all this and now I have encountered a problem, when i spawn the egg for the demon i get the [Item Spawn] in top left corner and an invisible item spawns in my inventory, it cannot be used either. Anyone know what the problem may be? I have checked over the ItemMinIcon.ANI numerous times and it appears to be perfect.

check the egg id
as the egg got a other id then the mob itself (egg is 0 ,mob is 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 , depending on type)
atleast it need to be something like that
every mob got 5 id's (see like other mobs) and if 1 id is wrong or does not match then you do not see anything but it still exist

i used different ones because i have other pets that are different.. like 1077, 1079 etc.

those numbers basicly does not mather
i got even numbers starting with 810000 in my database
as long those numbers match the right icons in the client file and on a few other places (cant explain it more as i dont know the exact locations)
basicly you can give it any number you want , as long you let them match
the numbers/id's are used to look up on other places to know what match what
so you do not get a mob that looks like a universal XO that should be a madbull (in 1 of the databases is that a bug :P)
so far i know , you got cq_monster and cq_totem , and then a few in client side that need to match
if those numbers doesnt match each other then you get buggy pets (like pets that dissapear after they are evolved , or when they are hatched they just dissapear because missing mob id that doesnt match egg id)
the point i mean
you can give it any number you like , as long you give the same numbers on all the places so the client and database reconise the same id to match each other

So i figure out my error with the invisible eggs lol, it was a stupid mistake. But now when i get the egg I right click it and no hatching is needed, a dead, level one, 0 loyalty demon pops directly into my demon bag - no hatching required. And yes i know i used the correct item in cq_action, i tried spawning all the ids for that demon and all 7 pop up in my inventory.. any advice?

Sounds like your using the 107xxxx in your action, you need to spawn the actual egg which is the 108xxxx.

Ok lol ty i had to change the id from 107 to 108 :P
Now even though the egg IS hatched i get this message "If the egg is taken, time will be recounted! Take out the egg?" are some other ids messed up? or is it something else entirely this time? :S

I have added 4 new demons to my server but am getting a really weird bug. Whenever the demons are composed or thundered they appear normal and totally visible but if you dis-summon them and summon them again they are totally invisible (one even looks like the p-def). The 3D-image is clear and correct in the Eudemons bag so i am really not sure on what the problem is.
If anyone has and ideas what might be wrong please respond :D
