Error?

my friend just made a new server, and i want to try to log in but it says
"Failed to connect to game server due to server maintenance or network congestion, Please log in Later"

His server is hamachi
I have everything right like the version
We are both using 1030 client

Their is an Oem error most likely, go back double check the ip's on the oem the oem can be found in the ini folder of the client

The Oem file is exactly the same but he still gets taht error how so?

ok are you connected to his network with hamachi..
and do you always leave the hamachi on?
if not you cant connect because its hamachi server!
