Exclamation help !!!

when i start my account server it loads then it say "server shell microsoft has stop working" can anyone plz help me

Most times this error comes from a failed connection to the mysql database.

If that is your issue, then make sure that your mysql username/password for the account server is correct, and that mysql is running.
