you ned to be connected to him with hamachi and than you can creata an acount or he can in database and than you can join
you always need hamachi on when connected to server but that isnt an problem realy...

Its either that or he needs to close his Firewall or needs to port forward.

Where is it located? On your hamachi site or forum?

If someone could confirm that he has a backlink on the hamachi site thank you. I do not have hamachi installed.
