the account server is fine
it is the game server for sure
as everything els conects like it need to be
the only strange thing i found is port 81000
how can you open port 81000 if max port is 65535 (there are no more ports :s)
so probaly there is somewhere a error
as i am thinking to that it need to be somewhere in the exe file to
as you can find back here on the forum , you got message server on basic port and message servers on custom ports (5888 for message server as example, and 44444 for account server as example)
but the problem with it is ... try to find the small error
probaly it is just 1 little thing that we are all missing
i can not explain how i suceeded to get 1 player online (on account server) , but on message server it was freezing then and it never conected to the message server :'(
same as i am wondering the account creating
we all asume that it is the same as eo (md5hash for pass)
but what if the pass is sha1 ?? (or sha2 ?)
that can explain it to why we can never suceed in loggin in
there are 6 accounts registered (in my case)
1 account i registered with the register script (eo ) and 5 other accounts that existed already (1 big number and then from 1 to 5 )
i guess that the pass is Test , but not sure eather as we can not decode it to be sure
then somehting funny i found (wondering how many persones knows that
)
the account.ini does not get used , it is that number file (7752333 or something like that)
so thats something that is strange to , as you put there the settings in then it works , if you dont then it refuse to works (try it out by changing the database user to root or so )
so it is totaly confusing me , if you take a look at the message server (i cant read chinese) but i see the same stuff as on account server ( ?????888???? QQ????77722333????) to give a example
probaly we are just missing something :s
same as the shel.dat
you got shel.dat (with some strange stuff in it ) and [][][]shel.dat
funny part , that last shel.dat contains the database information when the other shel.dat is needed to or it will refuse to start up
thats so far the stuff i figured out
for the rest i gave it up as i coulnd figure out what els need to be done
as i can not edit the exe files (i tooked a look at it , tooks me 3 hours to get 1/3 of message server)
anyway , this is my status so far before i gave it up , and if some1 like to continue this work , then you know the results so far

if you read this topic then you notice that there are about 10+ persones buzzy trying to get this server up and running
but so far every1 failt at it
