It tells you exactly what the issue is. Your user "root" doesn't have access to your mysql.

Actually, this has everything to do with Eo Private Server hosting in this case atleast. The web issue their encountering is for their Eo Private Server that they are hosting.

If you can't read error messages as simple as that, you really shouldn't be hosting a website. That being said, if you want help with that website, please post in the release you downloaded from. Threads dedicated to web-only problems are considered off-topic.
