Perhaps you should look again lol. His first one said looking for a team. The second one is looking to JOIN a team. That makes his two threads completely different.

how is that at all different, was he just looking for a team in the first one just so he could say hey whats up i found a team? maybe im not understanding it but this is getting offtopic, if i'm wrong i apologize
