1 - How to make the compos rate gives only 0.20 in each rbn ( 0.20 x 5 = 1*) make 100* by 500 rbn tims

Bec. this cods not helping some of them make the compose high for some pets and some V.Low like 3 points and other make it very high and
if i try to put the number that i need don't give me the compose rate that Required (( i need the right code ))

2 - How to edit the pet compos rate to be when you start be high and be lower after some stars to be lowest like (0.20* to 0.25 ) in each rbn time

Try Min 100; Max 120-140 ish
