Logging Others Accounts

OK So we are haveing a problem on my server ppl are able to log others accounts when they log into there how is this possible?


For example i log into my account and its some1 elses char any idea how to fix this or wats wrong?

didn't switch any users what was done was change the pm's account id made us green name we did it before with no problems this time however something weird happened people started logging on to others accounts i tried to minimize the roll back and that's when i ran back up from 10 hours earlier i had and the recent back up which only accounts would be affected but seems all got mixed up and now everyone keeps logging on wrong accounts still.. we are still trying to figure out how to fix this if i run the older back in full everyone will lose the pets they made as well. we wanted to know if there is another way to avoid this if not then we understand and will run older back up

Match the character name with the Account id..
