Okay if you want to play with GM BC, this is what i already can give you to play with.

TYPE 125 => DATA 2008 // [Shout] message in chat.
TYPE 125 => DATA 2009 // Friend message in chat.
TYPE 125 => DATA 2010 // [Broadcast] message in chat.
TYPE 125 => DATA 2011 // [GM] message.
TYPE 125 => DATA 2014 // No PK here! message in chat.
TYPE 125 => DATA 2017 // [SYSTEM] message in Broadcast.
TYPE 125 => DATA 2020 // ! message over the head of the character.

Okay do this,

INSERT INTO `cq_action` VALUES ('700001', '0', '0000', '0125', '2011', 'Any thing you want here... Lol');

You dont need to put ~ in this, To do it, Edit this param and go to game, do /reloadaction 700001 and do /processaction 700001. It will say whatever you type in the param.

yes u can use the random id but make sure its free on your cq_action
