Go to a pk map ( I choose BI ) and sit under a guard.
Put SIT on F1 and choose Toxic Fog on the skill thingy.

I think that every 1 stage in a dungeon there is no mobs but there is boss!!
20 boss per stage
if 57000 exp = 1 boss
then 57000 exp * 20 = 114000
if there is 10 stage in 1 dungeon
then 114000 * 10 = 1140000
