[Question] The use of Marriage ID

Hey, I have a question. This is the Marriage ID,

21020	0	0	124	1067

There is no param, The last numbers are Data. I want to know how can i use this type of thing to insert something else into another column lol. Like By doing this, You click your opposite *** and it will ask do you want to marry, If yes, You will be spouse and will appear in cq_user. How can i use this to put a number in .. lets say.. Soul_value_lev. If got any idea how, Please share, Thanks.
