Who told you to edit your AuthorizeDB? Have you tried following a guide like this one?

You have to edit Config.ini, Account.ini in the ACC server files, then Config.ini, shell.ini, and Shell.dat in MSGserver. Nothing has to do with AuthorizeDB..
