Need help with finding files to play solo

Hi, I want to play EO solo and with friend, the only thing is i cant find the game files for download to play privately.
Not even sure where to start, if you can help me, would be much appreciated.

You would have to make your own private server. Look for posts where people release Database + Client. There are few posted here.

what type of db you want? new or classic?
