[Request] Help with Npc.ini

Any edit i make to npc.ini makes all of my NPCs the blue warrior p-atk.
It doesnt matter what i do to the file, even if i just rename an npc it changes all my NPCs to the blue patk.
Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

- make sure only that area need to be edit
- dont put space between the name like "Hurdle Race Manager" , atleast remove the space or just put ~ between it

Found the issue , its something with Notepad.exe
I switched to Notepad++ and it is working fine.
