Which file i need to translate the Npcs Chinese words ? (i mean the file where all the chinese Words needed to be translated in?)
Ex:like when i wanna translate the cq_config, there for the file (as we say) that the chinese words needed to be translated in cq_config

All the conversations are in cq_action. Everything is on cq_action(the numbers you see in game in the chat)

Eurion's guide is on translating the msg and npc servers. The npc server doesn't control NPC text in game. That among many other things are in cq_action as stated above. Most of what you will be translating in Eurion's guide is going to be system messages in the upper left-hand corner.
