My Account Server Keeps Saying error (u can't read it) when i run it,my win is Vista,and i made all configs and ran it as an admin and without,idk what to do,anyone can help me

Which Database ?
What is your type of connection Localhost , Hamachi IP ?

I tried both candy and mannequin db and the same problem excists (hamachh ip)

nah, 127.0.0.1 works fine with everything until shell.dat comes. If they don't know how to do hex editing, Might have a problem.

On topic: Delete my.ini and restart. Download

. Make your User and Password, Root and Rufeng just for easy. Because the Server files already come with Root and Rufeng, Just change the IP to your Hamachi IP.
