Hex edit your itemtype.dat and change the names, if you do not know how to hex edit look up funhackers itemtype editor and use this to change the name, also when you edit it in itemtype.dat to make it easier in furture to find also change it in your cq_itemtype on your database

The Normal IDs for the EPcards are
729018 - 270 Ep Card
729027 - 1380 Ep Card
729017 - 2700 Ep Card


This ids will be different if you have added your own cards etc

You would have to add new Cards as the originals if i remember correctly are not able to be stacked. To make them stackable change the Max amount of the item to whicever amount you want them to be able to hold so in your case 200 and also try to make the new ids close to that of the random portals to avoide the issue listed on the follow link
