Cannot find MySQL server running [HELP]

Hi Guys I have just been messing around trying to set up a server for a bit of practice editing the db.

I have tried a manaquine DB & client and a Divine Fire client & DB, on both im having the same issues.

I seem to be able to get winmysqladmin.exe acc server npc server and vendor program all running but I dont think they look to be loading anything..

Furthermore when theyre running I am simply unable to connect to my server. (Game or MySQL)

I am hosting this from a VPS - Windows server 2012 R2

When I try to open the connection in Navicat or Mysql it will tell me it cannot find any mysql services running but I can see the winmysqladmin.exe program running with a green light and I can see the DB tables on there too.

Has anyone got any ideas why it might be unfindable? I have set up servers before on vista and XP and never had this problem.

look at the accserver the config file make sure everything is right

Thanks it was set right but my ports wernt open, fixed now thank you!
