Probably replaced the chinese StrRes.ini with an English one. That's what I would do at least.

can hadly understand that a msg server that`s 1,08 Mb big contains lots more (godshipt 3th sock ect) and an 4,31 doens`t have it 0.0

This can be the problem .....

if MSG isn`t good => no entering true client ...

Try other MSG server ... try to connect see what Happened ...
