[Help] Need some help if anyone can please

Im trying to translate chinese client and i cant seem to figure out where the files/buttons for settings is in the client *look in the picture* IM trying to change the buttons to english but i dont know where to look

If anyone knows please let me know, thank you

by default, that is in data.dnp

I just swapped with one from english client, thank you! now how do i fix the font its not coming out clean at all an its still in chinese text in settings

what do you mean by this? the text is in chinese when you clicked on npc ?
