Problem with Pala,..,.. Potions

hy, i have a problem with this Paladin, Warrior and Mage Potion.

Thus the conversion functioned cleanly,… however after the use deletes itself the item not automatically from the inventory.

I take times to it belonged in cq_action the instruction,… only can me someone the instruction give which there exactly purely belonged. thanks.

I tried it with dropitem itemid But it did not work.

make the cq_action column type 502 mean it take from your inventory and dont forget put the item id in the data column
