[HELP]Removing VIP stuff

This might sound a bit noobish, but could someone tell me how i can remove the following(from pictures below).

I need help removing the VIP login message(where it says level (number) VIP member (name) has logged in. and also removing the effects around the VIP members.

if i remember right the pink thing is your gods blessing not anything to do with vip
