pets losing star on Pserver after i relog

when i compos a pet like 6 k stars or more after i relog i found it lose 3 k stars is that error in the Compose Rates code ?

Update cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr set min=what u want here;
Update cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr set max=what u want here;

how to fix that ?
