mainly the cq_user and cq_partner, account table works but not them

A default value only works if the server does not edit it on creation. Example you can not have default Name field = "[GM][PM]" because it inputs this value when creating a character.

i was talking to him on msn about this .... sounds like what he was trying to do is start players with 5th summon and his server is forcing 2nd summon in its acc creation query so i showed him how he would add it to the login actions as part of the one off things just to check summons .... up summons to 5 and then ofc the task would be completed and skiped over next login thus having the same effect
