[help] Make new equipment non upgradeable

Hello, I need help with something I came upon making/adding gear and armor.

I added few new weapons and armors, the weapons cant be upgraded with violet stone which is cool because i made them available upon quest completion etc, but the armor can be upgraded with violet stone, I cant figure out how to prevent this, I want it to be like the weapon, not upgradeable through the npc in the market, the level is 135 as are the weapons, but I dont get it why on weapons its ok and not the armors, any one know how to fix that?

if i'm not mistaking if you make the gears id passed the 500 it should not upgrade for example 141500
