Add them yourself, that's the only way actually because they require lots of work and most of the owners don't give their database for free.
In my opinion Vampire, Necromancer, Shadow Knight, are useless classes for p-servers right now. The reasons would be because they lag the servers due to the incomplete skills which aren't smooth either when you cast them, and because of those skills they are worse than Warrior, Mage, Paladin, also less effective because of that. The way those 3 classes are right now, they are just warrior and mage with bugged skills, bugged items that give unnecessary lag on a server. So it's kinda better to keep just the 3 old classes until you fix the skills and make them smoothly while being cast and fix the bugs around them.
