will , u don't need VB in EO its based on C++
and for login screen just go to "client folder\data\main\Logo4.jpeg and change the pic by the one desired

That's not going to change the login just the screen before the login.

ooo login tool it look like he wanted to edit the login screen my bad anyway still good program to have just incase haha

btw if your editing the auto screens they need to be bmp format and 640 x 480. The auto patch pic are fold in the data/autopatch_pic folder you have to edit the config.ini inside the autopatch folder so it knows which and where to get the pic.
