If anyonelse happens to come here and runs into the same problem I suggest an advanced search

Search by User: pfj521 (I think that is his name... type pfj wait for autocomplete to start and you will have a list of names to choose from)

Then search threads made by this user in EO-Pserver section you will then come across a messy thread that contains legion war setup which should have all the right info.

use MSG 2.45 should be ok

It has nothing to do with the msgserver itself. Its either the dynanpc as in the original posters case or its the action codes of the gates such as I've told people how to fix in the following quote.

Once you have updated the actions, either do a server maint or /reloadaction 0

Then test it at the next legion war.
