to Gozs maybe you didnt on your mysql..all u need is run ur mysql then run acc server,mseg server and npc server..make sure your shell dat is correct edit otherwise it will be more worth...i will give u some link that usefull guide to you to follow it

in case missing/stoped mysql he would never even run the server..
this is problem of IPs in configs.. do you have correct IP set everywhere?
if yes, make sure you have firewall disabled and/or ports forwarded on your router.
