wat does it mean my server goes down ??

If you put a TOS in your website clearly saying that this is our version of a game called eudemons and TQ or net dragon cannot enter this site or something familiar to that, can they still come in?? i mean its like a contract, so technically there( the attorneys) are breaking a rule... right?

a TOS DOESNT PREVENT ACCES TO A WEBSITE (sorry for caps :P)

maybe its time to read what a tos realy does , a tos is not a licence agreemend or any other kind of contract

a tos prevents you from getting damage by others
but it doesnt block stuff or does any other stuff then preventing you from getting damage

meaning
a tos can say that you charge extra money if you dont pay on time
a tos can say that they need to complain to X instead of to you
a tos can say that you can get banned if you do X

a tos CANT say that they are forbidden to acces your website
a tos CANT say that you can use nulled software
a tos CANT say that you can do whatever you want because the tos says it

so , a tos is a text that prevent some stuff , but it doesnt protect you
it only protects you from gettting damage

a other example
you got a website , it goes down because a power outage
it prevent from giving refunds , so you dont lose money
but it doesnt prevent that they stop complaining on you (o my tos says that you cant complain o.O)

other expample
they complain to you that your client is using nulled software
you kick your client his XXX and they ask a refund
you can refuse it , because the tos says it

other example
they complain again over your client because he use a nulled script
you do nothing , they ask you information and you need to give them the client information so they can handle it with the client instead of you
so you dont get damage by them

so to make it short
a tos prevents you from getting damage done by other persones
but it doesnt prevent from stuff that is done by your own

so the clue of it
they complain about the TEXT on it , the text eudemons and all other stuff related to that COPYRIGHT name

in case of wondering , its all copyright to NetDragon, use that name and they sue you

a tos doesnt allow you to use copyright names or any other illigal stuff (not even in a tos is it allowed , the name stays copyright)

i hope you understand the meaning of a TOS now ( Terms of Service)

It means someone here wants your server down it is full of **** that email, why not try to contact them? Have a lawyer contact them etc? I guarantee you this email is full of **** and when we find out the lowlife doing it they will be named and shamed along with other things.

maybe just start filtering all the "eudemons" or the "tq" "net dragon" words off your site ....

it's possible they do just complain for that ...

you have removed the screen shot but ... if you read it the title even said co server... since your posting it here ild say its about your eo server so that shows that its **** on its own ...
