Help Site proplem :<

hi guys iam doin new privet server but iam havin proplem on the site now and its hamachi but iam workin to make it none hamachi after i finish this proplem
so can anyone help me plz the proplem is people sayin the site cant open .. i dnt know wt the proplem i have the no-ip programe and seems its workin perfect and appserv-win32-2.5.9 but i think the proplem come from the port here is the site

and i tried to do

but only the register workin and every another link is goin redirect to

so help me plz :/

i beleive one of his problems was he was trying to make his server non hamachi although this thread is about his website he is just trying to help solve one of the additional problems
