Is there a program or a loophole which can decode your password blades

Hmmm why would you want to do that ?

If you want to log onto a players account, Just switch the password with yours and it will work, Don't see a reason why you would want to find out what password players use, invading there privacy lol

someone with a copy of a recent pservers account database would most likely have a list of all of the current eudemons players passwords... as people rarely change their login info from server to server.... it would be an effective way to "hack" another players account easily as they put it... if nothing else

<-- this (reversed) will give you usable passwords for those.(but probably not the "same" one the user created as a md5 could translate to several possibilities)MD5 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
note: if youre trying a password "recovery" tool it would be much easier to do if you added a unencrypted text dump(or another column table or database) to your register script.... however this would be less secure

which is why people use a password "reset" tool instead which gives a completely new password to replace the old one.(either randomly or by user input)


but all of these options make it super easy for someone to exploit them and use them to steal edit or disable another players account

yes very much so...Rainbow Table there are pleanty of options,
but more often its someone they asked to help them or who is playing in the same cafe and saw them type their info .... or know someone that did

If you end up registering your email with your server, then using your usual password like MANY people do, it would be easy to hack personal stuff like emails and paypal etc, lol thats what is worrying about it >.>

questions asked and answered on general principle its good to know how insecure this thing actually is so people will know the level of care they need to give to it if they want to keep it safe

and lol anyone who would be silly enough to use their same password for their bank as they do eudemons probably has more serious information leaks then their password on a gameserver and probably should be taught better

some of those people might actually still use those logins
