Problem hosting pserver[Help please]

The msg and npc wont load up i dont know what i did wrong at first it was the acc server but now i finally fixed it so that starts up but now i cant get the other two to work, can someone please help me. my messages are as followed i also have team viewer if that makes it easier for you

Since not many has enough time and eager to enter someone PC via teamviewer to make fix for him.... (like me - sorry but I am to lazy to do this heh) try to put your problem here.

Since Windows 7 is pretty new... point here problems you faced and lets wait for some help from others who already suffer similar issue or some answers whrre you could find some solutions...

Do this - if not for you ... for others who will face similar problem

umm.... i did put my problem in here to see if someone could help me.... and i did put what the problem was.... i said the server wont load up i keep getting an error.... and honestly i dont think its just a windows 7 issue because i had that problem when i was using vista and xp so....and the person doesnt have to go on teamviewer to help me they can just talk me through i said team viewer because its easier for some people to see the actual problem and all the files in the folder to figure out what is wrong
