[NeedAdvice] dead pets

Sorry be a pest, but I was wondering if anyone would have thought on something like because Ive been looking, taking stuff out for sometime now, and as far as I got was dead pet was invisible due to removing data/texture 983000000, but not sure in client or DB, would anyone have an Idea. Not ask for answer. Just for direction to go in.

that id seems to point to a part of the legionwar sheild in the 3dobject.ini Im looking at
983000000=c3/npc/983/1.c3

change the part in your "ghosts" to point to the 98000000 id and that will make them look normal again
looks like someone pointed their ini entries at the wrong id

Unforntally, 3dobj matched up with what u shared. atill have same problem

find where your ghost entry is and change the 3 to a 0 lol i forget which ini file has ghosts for pets in it off the top of my head.... but right now your ghost is pointing to that object id..... deleting or changing the object id will have no effect other than to make it so u can see it or not or make it look like something else, but because its part of your legion sheild you DONT want to delete or change that entry.
if i have time later ill look up what ini file thats in but it shouldnt be hard for u to find .... even with trial and error ... it will be the only one with the ghost object/texture ids in it

yeah man ever get time message me pretty sure got u on skype still.

one problem now been on for 3 days and really have switch clients cause all stuff done already :/ wish had clue or thought. racking my brain over it hahah

simple but dirty way to find it... open your ini files in notepad ++ then type cntrl +f to search for 983000000 and in the window that pops up click "search all open documents" it will open a window with all the search results from all of the ini files in one page
you will get a few hits but not that many and it should be easy at that point to do a little trial and error

Tried that and tried 097 098 099 they all looked correct. idk probley just have give up on it

thats the other entry for it ....
only it will look like this in yours i am pretty sure

if not then look in your database for that id and make sure it isnt entered with a different lookface


deleting the 98300000.dds "will" make it invisible..... but u shouldnt do it that way as u will be messing up other things

this is the best i can do for you without doing it for you so i dont know what to tell u other than good luck

Thanks Idle for all your help. Glad you said Armour.ini I would never guessed. figured armour.ini be for casuals and gears cept weapon. but maybe i need do somemore research. ty bro

it was male and female both messed up, i just used female for the example cause was right infront of me heheheh
