How to get a no-ip URL...?

Hey ive seen some websites that they host with WAMP or XAMPP or w.e. but instead of their ip its like THESERVER.no-ip.org or something like that... can anyone tell me how to do that..?

i have Netgear WPN824 v2.. when i do localhost it works fine but when i do my ip.. nothing appears.. also my hamachi ip works also

Ok you have to port forward port 80 or turn off a firewall. Window firewall or a external program like norton or something like that.

If you need help port forwarding ur router let me know and ill try to give you a step by step instruction on how to do it.
