[Help] Sadly I need it again

I know what this means, i just dont know how to FIX it. Firewall disabled, DB has even been rolled back a day (backups done daily during maint) and for some reason i am STILL getting this. All config files are correct. I keep backups for all my servers so i can just copy paste and they will be fixed. Server files reinstall did not help.

i found this software on the rohan forum of elitepvpers i tested it, it works with levelup and egames cards, but when i tried it with mygame cards it causes errors, sadly it does not work for us SF Players coz it doesnt accept mygame cards, but you could trade the levelup/egames load to mygame load thru
