I Need Help !!!

I was woundering if some one could help me out.
I just made a P.server and i did everything right, all the programs are running right . but when i other ppl try to log in it says Server Maintnance.

And another thing is my Apache isnt working * im suppose to get 6 errors but i only end up getting 4 then it closes *

If some one knows how to fix this please leave me a Message.

make sure your using your outbound ip if your hosting it yourself, and check firewall.

as for appache im unsure but i dont get any errors with mine
