The Error in the first picture is normal to fix it i think you need to replace account.ini with another one or replace accserver
Error in the second one
1- " Chaos\mysql\bin\uninstall_service.bat
2- Go to " C:\Windows\ " and delete file call my.ini
3- Be sure you wrote the right ip (localhost or 127.0.0.1 .etc) in config.ini shell.ini "shell.dat
4- Open "mysql\bin\winmysqladmin.exe" AS Administrator ( user: root , pass: test)
5- Open "Chaos\Server\ACCServer\AccountServer.exe" and ignore the error
6- Open "C:\Users\Home\Desktop\Chaos-DB\Server\Gameserver\MsgServer.exe"
if you still get the error extract the db again
