reg page help (using Xamp)

currently, due to new build PC i am now running my server (not going to be active for a bit until pm/gm agree for being ready) with win 7

currently i am having issues with the webpage showing mysql error's along the page. while showing everything else as well. any help will work. thanks

Delete the mysql folder out of C:\Xampp , Then place your mysql folder from your DB into it. (i recommend using an older version of xampp 1.53 or so.) Then run the mysql as if you were setting up the DB. (right mouse clicking mysqladmin and running as admin , Do this while Xampp is running , but be sure that the mysql for xampp is not running.

Edit: Be sure you have my.ini deleted out of C:\Windows

lol i got it sorted, it was the xampp version, but i was working with mysql being outside of it, untill my pc restarted, in which now it just died lol. server down till secondary isp installed lol
