Hey dude
if your problem is you get ugly blue npc with name 100 instead of madbull or what u named it
so the problem is here!
1- [NPCType1028] mean u should have that id 1028 at cq_npc on ur database
and put the right direction at lookface for example
in cq_npc
id:1028
name:Madball
lookface: should be (npcID+Direction)
of npc , so it should be like that 10286
or 10280 ,etc

direction numbers mean the look that u see ur npc like there are diffrent btw shoppingmail npc and teleporter npc the difrrent is how they stand , direction number u can search about them in the fourm cuz i dont really rember them and put them here if you dont mind
