lol I thought i responded to this thread already.... ops, check cq_user cq_special_status cq_statistic etc till u find the effect id and follow it back and then remove the relative entries
note:if this is a test server there will be very few cq_status_effect entries and it should be easy to find which one it is by process of elimination
or find the effect texture/mesh in your client and then look for the ids it points to in the effects related ini files and remove them .
note:looking for the pink flashy dds in the effects folders with a viewer that can show dds files would make this go fairly quickly
or how about doing both of the above and removing any other entries in your files for it if you dont intend on using it for something else
