are you offering yourself as pm or are you looking for a pm ??

if you are offering yourself for a pm, be sure they can trust you (they need to know you before they even give it a try , specialy if you ask money)

if you want staff , the same rule apply but in the other direction (be sure you can trust him ..)

to be honnest , i need stafff to for my high rate server , but trust in such things with new db and so on is hard to find

if you dont care that something get released , then you dont need to worry
if you care like me that something get released of the stuff no1 els got
then its verry hard to find a pm ( a db drop is enouf to release ...)

so, eather way
