Making a Private server

ok i have tried atleast 10 times to make my own server and i just cant seem to get it right.Is there a way somone could like completly do it so alli have to do is download the file and change the server name then it works? plz dont give me a list of things unless there easy because im not the greatest with computers lol. So if anyone could possibly just give me a server thats done and all i have to do is change the name or even just make one with the name Shorti3232 as server name and just have me download the file. it would be awesome

if not could you just give me a SIMPLE list of things that a monkey could even follow LOL! cause thats practically what your workin with lol ty in advance

ok well the 1st part i didnt even get it doesnt explain what to do enough for me. and then also it doesnt tell where the folders are for the Account thing and stuff plz help i need that post explained clearer plz
