Little Problem in Skills

After i edited my itemtype by elite program the skills doesnot work so if any one can help i will be so glad and thankful..

edit itemtype using winhex u can fix this prob

Its been stated over and over again. Do not use any itemtype.dat editor It messes up skills and more. But if you follow this guide by necron you will beable to fix the problem.

just use cq_magic of candy db , so pets born with skills

No the best way would be to actually fix the issue and not put a patch over it.
