I myself never worked with that binary and database so no idea but it looks to be the cq_action that has type = 130 that would be my guess

1st they are in the cq_action
2nd to get their ids enter the game with a PM char and you will find them listed in the system chat channel

you need to check the version aswell ...

this checks the version in cq_user
