Well I think its possible iif you
1.Use different Ports for each Apache
2.Install a Virtual box on your pc so you have Multilap windows running at the same time
3. Simple: localhost/1stsite & localhost/2ndsite and buy a domain for each make the 1st goes to localhost/1stsite and 2nd goes to the 2nd

if u use the way Spy520 said u dont need to change apache ports coz u will use virtual box...

Well i use and you can try and there are loads of Sites to buy Domains from.

could also look at they are pretty cheep and do a good job ^_^ even seeds my client for torrents xD

you can bind 2 apaches to 2 different ips just by setting the ip in the configuration for each one. they will run side by side with no problem.
